- We check that suppliers guarantee their work and for how long
- Suppliers are monitored continually ensuring their commitment to delivering a high quality of service
- We are always developing strong relationships with suppliers who share our enthusiasm for reliability and customer satisfaction
- We are constantly updating our database with new suppliers
- We do not select a company on size. Our suppliers include local, independent businesses
Complaints:
- There may unfortunately be times when our vetted tradesmen let both our members and Clear Concierge down
- Our Customer Complaints Procedure is in place to rectify any problems
- Clear Concierge has the advantage of sorting out disputes promptly and with minimum disruption to our members due to the large number of referrals we supply our partnered tradesmen
