Security:
Mobile patrols and Key holding services combine the best of both worlds: On the one hand, an effective and highly visible deterrent performing specific site checks at random times outside office hours; on the other, a rapid response such that if there is a problem, and your alarm is ringing, neither you or your family are placed at risk.
Accreditation: Our Key holding and security patrols are performed by a fully active member of BSIA (British Security Industry Association) and conform to the Associations code of practice.
Property:
Some of our members do not spend a lot of time abroad but own numerous properties. If you are a landlord and the current agent looking after your investment is not doing the job to your satisfaction, we can help. You may not have time to liaise with letting agents, prepare a property for sale or undertake tasks such as renovation. Clear Concierge can make occasional visits to ensure tenanted properties are well maintained.
